Conquer Your Fear And Start Living

Thinking won’t overcome your fear. Take action instead.

“I have not ceased being fearful, but I have ceased to let fear control me. I have accepted fear as part of life, especially the fear of change and of the unknown. And I have gone ahead despite the pounding in my heart that says: turn back’.

What exactly are you afraid of…flying, spiders, horror movies, or public speaking?

Perhaps you are not afraid of any of these things, but yours is somewhat hidden. Maybe you are averse to change, probably best understood as, fear of the unknown.

Of itself, that is not a bad thing. We’re not all cut out to reach for the moon, or scale the heights of Everest.

But fear of change can stop you doing things that allow you to grow and experience the new.

Imagine if we were all to allow fear to control what we do.

What would that mean?

How might it affect the future?

Could we explore new frontiers?

Would scientists exist?

The reality is that we could never push forward with discovery, travel would be out of our psychological reach, and our friendship base would most likely sink into the negative.
