Bri my parents never ever had a car. This was something they chose. They knew intimately, all the buses and trains on offer.

With the money saved, they travelled extensively instead.

Cars are such a drain. I lie the idea of just hiring one when needed.

My sister, who lived in South Africa for years, returned home because her husband was sick. She considered buying a car, but decided against it. She had also the systems sewn up now.
