Because I'm an Aussie (Scottish/Aussie), I would call together some experts in sustainable living, and I'd invite them to be part of an initiative to put an end to the marginalization of Aboriginal people. NOTHING would give me greater pleasure. I would work till I die, to right the wrongs that these people have suffered. That would include sound education and a restoration of dignity.

We can learn much from our indigenous brothers. They know about sustainability.

I think a billion would cut it, but if it didn't quite, it would show government agencies up for the sluggards that they are.
