I remember a colleague asking me if I thought her son was gay.

I asked her if it would worry here if I said yes.

The truth was, it would have, so I advised she wait until he was older.

He is gay, and he' a very successful musician, loved by everyone who meets him.

I don't know if we will ever get over the bigotry that hangs around regarding gay people, but the more we talk about it, the more we understand our commonalities rather than our differences, the better our world can be.
