Awww Susan, thank you. I’m no gift. I just happen to see more than we all used to see in kids who just happen to have an extra chromosome.

You know what excites me? So many of us now see the gift these children are. Behind the inability to speak properly (they have muscle issue in their mouths) there is intellect. And just as with us ‘normal’ people, there are degrees of intellect.

I know of one model, two university graduates, two actors, two who run businesses, one who plays seven instruments. How lucky are they to be born in this era!

These are such exciting times for them and their families.
