I travelled through Europe, before coming to Australia, but that was in summer holidays, so 6/8 weeks at best. Still we learned a lot. We also experienced things that filled us with fear.

At 24 I had the courage to visit Australia, for two years, but forgot to return home. Give or take some years in PNG, Malaysia and the Philippines, Australia has become my forever home.
