Anna I think you are talking about the kicker.

So if I were using one for my limerick heading I would put the cursor just before the B in boosting, click, and it should drop down to give you space to write.

Then I might write: How to get boosted, and select all of that, and then click the lower case t when it appears.

Try it, and if t doesn't work, I will get my husband to explain it to you in the morning.
