And when you are tuned in, or is the case with me, I have to think about where exactly I have walked. In my running days in particular, I often couldn't recall exactly where I'd run. The first time it happened, it worried me, but then I experienced it more and more, and it almost always equated to a feeling of total mind cleansing.

Just recently, here in OZ, and in the lead up to the election, (currying favor I presume) some refugees were freed from absolute lock down in motel rooms. They had been in one room for years. Now to me that is an example of obdurate cruelty. We all need to feel free, not to mention the need for fresh air. Thanks Donnette.
