An interesting response by Ramsey on the rise in rents that, in my opinion, nobody could have prepared for.

So many people, good people, people with regular jobs, but renters nonetheless, were made homeless Here in Australia, by greedy landlords cashing in on the unprecedented rise in rents. It was gut-wrenching. Moreover, because some of them were deemed to earn too much, they could not get government assistance. It wasn't that they were earning too much. It was because the rules of earning had not been changed to meet economic changes.

I found this so difficult to stomach, to be honest.
