All good James. My husband and I were serious runners too, and he also ran at lunchtimes.
I tended to escape after students had left and did my running then, returning to finish work, so I did we did catch the sun too.
Interestingly I gave up running when my knees became very painful, painful enough to keep me awake at night.
Interestingly, at the same time, our daughter was quite sick and I began researching, because we couldn't get answers from doctors.
We tried all sorts of things, but the best was totally cleaning out the pantry, and embracing paleo in the first instance, eventually changing over to keto.
Within weeks I realised all all knee pain was gone, never to return.
My daughter regained her health.
I mentioned this to a friend who was about to have knee reconstruction, but he dismissed the notion that his pain was connected to his lifestyle. His was bone on bone.
He had the surgery, continued his less-than-healthy lifestyle, and the surgery was deemed a failure.
Today he hobbles around in pain.
And now I realise I have not really responded to catching the sun, than to ise an opportunity to sell keto.
Not at all intentional. But if ever your knees are giving you trouble...🤣🤣🤣🤣
