I am in Australia. Allow me to share a story.

Just the other week I was watching a program on ABC about selling in theatre! Medical theatre, for clarity.

It worked like this. If you were having a hip replacement, a rep was allowed into theatre to advise doctors, basically up-sell. I was shocked.

All I can say is I hope I never ever, have to have surgery again.
