A few weeks ago we moved house, to another state, so much preparation before we actually got here, My daily stretches were put on hold, so that, the travel here was a nightmare. I too have injury due to a near-fatal crash. For the next week I was popping pills, something I never do.
Anyway, eventually I concluded enough was enough. I got back into stretching, and walking, and the elusive sleep returned. I hate the idea that one day I may be reliant on people for my daily needs,

Just had a thought. At one time, pobably around 50, I went to a physio for referred pain. She suggested I use weights - a can of beans 500 gm!!! I lite 6kg weights these days.
